 Instructions

1           A team of 6  should be sent for this event.The teams are required to create a red carpet dress for a photo shoot for a shop window.You are only allowed to use waste material. The mannequin will be provided to you.The participants are to create a backdrop on the board provided.  The props and materials necessary for the event should be brought by the participants.
